Dad and I went on a walk because we arrived in San Juan early.  We thought we were supposed to meet the team early, but there was no meeting today!  We were walking on a road that had ferns growing up the walls! 

We went to the potter's house and I got to paint a butterfly.  

I'm taking it home tomorrow!

On our walk we saw a basket weaver stripping bamboo chutes into  strips.  Then he used the strips to weave a basket.

I really miss Matthy and Isaiah and Mama.

Robin's Nest

Today Isaiah and I found a robin's nest.   Mommy found it yesterday and wanted it to be a surprise.   But we found it before she could even tell us about it!

Lake Tahoe

There was lots of snow in Lake Tahoe!

Valentine's Day in San Jose!

I went to San Jose and had Valentine's Day with my cousins.

There were lots of sweets!  The cake was very yummy!

Oh, and by the way, Matthy really loves my tiger.

I had a very fun time making communion bread for Advent.

I love Matthias!

first horse-riding lesson

There were two baby horses and they were fun to pet!

We fed Sasha but she pushed down hard.

We were feeding this baby horse.  He was a mustang! 

This was a huge barn with lots of horses!

It was fun grooming Cali.  

I walked Cali for a little bit and that was fun.  

But I liked riding Cali the best!

It was fun being at my cousin's birthday party, especially watching watching my cousin do silly stuff - like putting her face in her cake!

My cousin's birthday party theme was candy.  I came home with loads of it!

I love playing with my cousin. She loves to dance and she picks out the cds by color.  She just got a new kitchen for Christmas.  I'm looking forward to playing with her with it.

My birthday was a goob day and I played two games. I won a five hole bubble blower.

I was going to open presents and my cousin came up and helped.

In March we brought home chicks!
The "Sweet Dreams Baby Chicks" box wasn't big enough so the lady at the feed store gave us a big huge one! From left to right: Violet, Daisy, Fluffy and Sunshine.We built the chicken coop at Ryan's new house on Bita's pasture.
